Orders are dispatched first class post, which is estimated to arrive within 2-3 working days.

In a hurry? Upgrade to Royal Mail Special Delivery at checkout for £4.99 and receive your order within 24 hours. Order by 1pm for next day delivery.

EU & rest of the world

All orders, £5.99 delivery

Orders are dispatched by Royal Mail International Standard post, which is estimated to arrive within 5-10 working days. Please note that you may be liable for customs charges according to your country’s unique customs rules.

Parcel arrived damaged or not at all?

We can’t be held responsible for non-delivery if no-one is available to take delivery of your order, or if the delivery address supplied is incorrect. If your order is returned to us as a result, you may be charged an additional shipping and handling fee before we arrange its redelivery to you.

While we’re not responsible for mistakes made by our shipping service, we will do our best to assist you. If your order hasn’t been received within 3 weeks (8 weeks for international orders), or arrives damaged, please email us at info@howlnatural.com

Returns & refunds

If you are unhappy with your order, you have 14 days from the date of purchase to request a refund (not including postage costs). Simply email us at info@howlnatural.com within that time about returning the product(s) to us.

Products must be unopened, unused and in a re-saleable condition. Once returned and the items’ condition has been approved, you will be credited to your original method of payment.
