Refund policy

If you are unhappy with your order, you have 14 days from the date of purchase to request a refund (not including postage costs). Simply email us at info@howlnatural.com within that time about returning the product(s) to us.

Products must be unopened, unused and in a re-saleable condition. Once returned and the items’ condition has been approved, you will be credited to your original method of payment.
